Although explicit vocabulary is not included, the booklet provides rich opportunities for oracy and discussion, allowing key terminology to be introduced and reinforced naturally throughout the unit.
How can the resources be used?
This resource has been carefully designed; however, you can adapt it to suit your class and time available. The Design Process should always be followed, so those pages should remain. However, if you are short on time, you may choose to remove some of the additional sections, such as the designer inspiration pages.
The booklet is provided in PDF format. The front cover is supplied separately as an editable Microsoft Word document, allowing you to add your school's logo and make any other required customisations.
