Endeavour Education was founded in 2024 by Jo Millard, a highly experienced education consultant with a strong track record of supporting schools to achieve meaningful, sustainable improvement. Jo says,

‘We believe that every child deserves access to an exceptional education, and that this is best achieved when teachers and leaders are supported, confident, and equipped with the right tools to succeed.

Our core mission is to inspire pupils through engaging, ambitious curriculums while empowering teachers and leaders with practical strategies, professional confidence, and clear systems that reduce workload and promote positive staff wellbeing.

We support primary schools through high-quality online professional development courses that are carefully designed to streamline practice, simplify processes, and create lasting, positive impact for children, teachers, and leaders alike. Alongside this, we offer tailored consultancy services, including curriculum design and refinement to ensure full national curriculum compliance, development of coherent and purposeful teaching sequences, strengthened monitoring and evaluation cycles, and impactful staff training that builds capacity, consistency, and confidence across your school.’

As a large group of schools, we have been working in partnership with Endeavour Education since September 2025. We did take a leap of faith initially as we had been with our previous curriculum development provider for many years. However, we definitely made the right decision! Jo has been excellent at communicating promptly and responding to need. The curriculum offer has been meticulously planned and structured to ensure it is rigorous and builds on the requirements of the national curriculum, Ofsted requirements and more. Teachers feel the materials and resources are high quality and allow them more time to focus on the content as opposed to the delivery. As a partnership of schools, we were also looking for a service which supported us to make efforts to reduce teacher workload. Endeavour has this aspect at the core of their approach. Prepared, high quality staff meeting resource packs and online webinars and training support both our teachers and leaders to be mindful of workload and efficient use of time. Jo has also supported our schools with focused curriculum ‘health checks’; these have been well received with thorough and practical feedback and recommendations shared. We are looking forward to working further with Jo and her team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others!
