This comprehension task will help children develop a deeper understanding of the designer they have been studying. In Year 1 and Year 2, it can be completed together as a whole class activity, with opportunities for discussion and support. Some children in Year 2 may be able to work through the task independently. It could also be sent home as a parent supported activity to reinforce learning beyond the classroom.
