This training will upskill your Learning Support Assistants with the CPA approach and how to effectively use concrete resources for addition.

What does the training consist of?

• 3 short recordings, 1 for each key stage
• Tasks for staff to complete
• Resources to share with children
• Ideas to support the children’s learning

Suggested delivery:

• As the recordings are 20 minutes long (including time built in to complete tasks) these could be watched during assembly time.
