We have been working closely with Jo since 2017. Jo has been essential to our school improvement journey offering helpful advice, support and challenge as necessary. She has regularly worked with our whole staff leading staff training as well as working with our SLs on a one to one basis. Jo is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the curriculum (which is not always easy to find!) Her passion for high standards and creating an engaging and innovative curriculum aligns with our vision and values making a perfect partnership. Her realistic and pragmatic approach has been helpful and reassuring over the years. She makes all staff (irrelevant of their experience) feel at ease and she has helped our leaders grow and develop. We look forward to continuing our strong working relationship for the benefit of our staff, pupils and whole school.
